My wife, Elizabeth, killed this doe with her Hoyt Saturday evening on December 13, 2014. She was hunting from a ground blind on a small food plot on our Waverly, LA property. I was in a lock-on on the other side of the food plot so I had a ring-side seat to the whole thing! She made a nice double-lung shot from 18 yards. The doe ran about 70 yards before going down just behind my stand. We were back at the truck just before dark. That's a good date night with your wife!
