The tracts are in several different stages of timber growth ranging from 40+ acres of mature timber with the remainder in unthinned pine plantation.
There are several pipelines and white rock roads providing all weather access to each block. The pipelines provide easy access for deer and turkey hunting in the future. There is also a 15 acre parcel located near Bienville, LA for sale with no deeded access. This tract consists of mature natural hardwood species.
