This tract is in the Caney Creek bottom and surrounded by thousands of acres of timberland providing excellent backup habitat for deer and hogs.
There is a route of legal access (see aerial map), but the route has not been developed. A new owner will need to be prepared to open this route up and create some interior trails to make getting around easier.
