providing some hardwoods in the SMZ.
Access: The tract has been historically accessed from a timber haul road just off the east side of Vixen Rd. It is not a deeded access.
Location: From the intersection of Hwy 557 and Hwy 4 west of Columbia, LA, go west on Hwy 4 approx. 1.5 miles to Vixen road to your left (south). Follow
Vixen road approx. 0.7 miles to a haul road to your left. Haul road will end in the NW corner of the tract in a logging set.
